Terms & Conditions

1. A minimum of 50% non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is required to book a session. Balance is due 1 week before the appointment. For booking 1 week prior to the appointment, FULL PAYMENT WILL BE REQUIRED 

 

2. Extra guests and Children are not allowed 

 

3. Balance is due latest 1 week before the appointment 

 

4. Punctuality is EXTREMELY important to enable us to serve every client efficiently

(Any delays more than 15 mins will result in cancellation and full charge of the service)

 

5. Appointments can be rescheduled no later than 72 hours before the scheduled time, this can be done only ONCE and via email only. The new date should be within 30 days. 

 

6. In the event the artist is not able to deliver the agreed service to the client for any circumstances beyond her control (like sickness, natural disasters, accidents, etc, the client is entitled to a FULL REFUND. The client is not to hold RTM beauty responsible

 

7. If a client has any skin conditions, they should report this BEFORE BOOKING. The artist is not to be held responsible for any allergic reactions as a result of makeup application

 

8. For inquiries/bookings for senior Citizens (anyone above 60years), please fill out the questionnaire and we will revert within 24 hours

2. Bridal makeup session lasts for 90 minutes (excluding bookings including add-ons)

 

3. For events outside Calgary, the client is to book a CONDUCIVE HOTEL, FLIGHT, AND GROUND TRANSPORTATION. We reserve the right to object and decline if any of the above arrangements are not made (no refund will be issued)

 

4. We do not take extra bookings while on the job. Please make all bookings far in advance 

 

5. Please notify us prior to booking if you are allergic to any makeup ingredient OR if you have any skin condition. RTM beauty will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions  as a result of makeup application 

 

6. By booking RTM beauty, you are releasing the right for her to record your makeup session (pictures and videos), these recordings may be posted across our social media pages/website

 

7. If a deposit has NOT been made, we reserve the right to take other bookings

 

8. Date change can only be done once, via EMAIL only, and no later than 1 week before the event date.

 

9. We run a no-refund policy except for #10 below

 

10. In the event RTM beauty is not able to deliver the agreed service for any circumstances beyond her control (like sickness, accidents, etc), RTM beauty will issue a full refund of all fees paid. The client is not to hold RTM beauty responsible 

 

11. A set-up table, a trash can, electrical outlets, and a clean work area need to be made available for the makeup artist at the said location

2. Bridal trials hold in our studio. We are located at Sage hill Calgary. The full address will be provided after the booking

 

3. We use a wide range of quality makeup products for our clients, single-handedly sourced to suit every skin type and complexion. However, if you would like us to use any of your personal items, please come along with them.

Kindly note that we are here to guide you, if a prospective client comes with a product that we believe will alter the end result, we reserve the right to object (this is in order for us to guarantee flawless glam)

 

4. Bridal trial/ consultation is a one-on-one session with the bride-to-be and the Lead makeup artist (NO GUESTS ARE ALLOWED)

 

5. If a deposit has not been made for the main wedding events, the date(s) remain open to other clients regardless of the Bridal trial appointment with us.

 

6. Appointments are considered “No-shows” if the client is more than 15 mins late. The appointment will be canceled and this will result in a full charge for the service. (Please understand that delays affect the next appointment and we take punctuality seriously)

 

7. Appointments may be rescheduled no later than 72 hours before the scheduled time. (This is to be done via Email only)

1. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to make a booking. Balance is due1 week before the appointment 

 

2. Date change can only be done once and via email only (this change must be done at the latest 2 weeks before the wedding date)

 

3. For events outside Calgary, the Client is to book airfare, hotel accommodation, and ground transportation. The arrangements should be very conducive, safe, and comfortable for the artist. In the event the above arrangements are not made or hotels below great standards are booked, the artist reserves the right to object/decline, and no refund issued. 

 

4. Please notify us prior to booking if you are allergic to any makeup ingredient. RTM beauty will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions as a result of makeup application. 

 

5. We run a no-refund policy except for a situation where the artist is unable to deliver the agreed service due to circumstances beyond her control like accidents, natural disasters, sickness, etc. 

 

6. A setup table, electrical outlets, trash can, and a neat workstation need to be made available at the said location. 

 

7. Deposit confirms the booking. Without a deposit, slots remain open to other clients.
